Show Notes

Kris Garman is the owner of a historical 1905  building downtown, Caldwell.  She purchased it earlier in 2021, cleaned it up,  moved some tenants around, painted and updated and now has a beautiful 3 story marketplace where business owners who want to grow and have a retail space can lease.  This is a growing and thriving building where shoppers and business owners alike want to be.
Join Kris and Hanna as they talk about Kris's passion to support small businesses and see them thrive and grow in her building, which is creating quite a community!
